The finance manager, Fernando, came across as unprofessional. Additionally, I believe the person who assisted me directly was named Teresa. After I clearly expressed that I wasn’t interested in any additional services—explaining that I have another vehicle as my daily driver and wouldn’t be putting many miles on the new car—her response was, “How does that change anything?” I found this comment dismissive and unprofessional, which was disappointing given the otherwise great service I received.
