I’ve been going to Larry Miller Toyota for a few years now, I keep going back because of Trudy Roux, Service Manager. When I pull into the service department, she greets me by name, is very knowledgeable now, I keep going back because of Trudy Roux, Service Manager. I just wish that Larry Miller would provide a car wash as other local Toyota dealers do - it’s nice to get in your clean car after having service done. More

We have bought our last two cars here. We have also had our cars serviced here for the past 5 years. Usually we like the service here, however, the sales department can be pushy (way too many phone calls), our cars serviced here for the past 5 years. Usually we like the service here, however, the sales department can be pushy (way too many phone calls), and the finance guy we worked with yesterday was no fun. Kyle was unhappy that we found an “additional” item that we did not want (and had expressed this to them). This add-on was slipped in somehow and when found by us, Kyle was angry that his sales total was lowered by some three thousand dollars. Very rude to us. More

Excellent customer service, spear-headed by Gianni & 2 Joe's Wow, wow, and WOW! On January 25, we traded in our 2018 Toyota Corolla for a 2017 Toyota Yaris, and, (good people reading this) we were the ben Wow, wow, and WOW! On January 25, we traded in our 2018 Toyota Corolla for a 2017 Toyota Yaris, and, (good people reading this) we were the beneficiaries of superb customer service by Gianni, who oversaw the transaction and whose congenial and amiable disposition helped ease the process, as well as Joe, who added additional support by giving us V.I.P. status, which included an interest-free Toyota credit card good for six months. In addition, Joe made absolutely certain all our other needs were met (along with Gianni). Another Joe, who is the Financial Manager, also was super helpful and very accommodating. Finally, Kyle was excellent and efficient in handling all of our final paperwork. The above gentlemen should be lauded for their extraordinary efforts. My wife and I cannot recommend Larry Miller Toyota of Lemon Grove more heartily. If you need a car, new or used, this is by far the place to go. Well done, gents! Best, Andrew and Nuky More
