I recently lost my Toyota to a car accident and I was less than thrilled with the idea of buying another car. Brett listened to my concerns and he made the experience fun and easy going. He connected with me on a personal level and made me feel like a valued customer even though I was spending less than $10,000.00. I really couldn't have asked for a more friendly and professional sales consultant. Brett is a true asset to your organization and I wanted you to know how much I appreciated his service today. Just when I thought that the experience today couldn't have gotten any better Brett introduced me to Josh Ekenstam in the finance department.Josh has an incredible sense of humor and he had me laughing and smiling through the entire process. I have never had such an enjoyable experience while going over such boring material. In the past having to deal with finance people while buying a car made me wish that I was anywhere but there, but not today. Josh was friendly and professional while covering all of my options and he made sure that all of questions and concerns were answered clearly. I truly appreciate his combination of friendliness and professionalism. I couldn't have asked for a better experience today, which is why I gave the highest marks in all of the above categories. My $380 3 hour brake work turned out to be $1100 and a full day. Now, two months later I am being billed for the rental car they said they would pay for. Overall the best experience of all the dealership we visited. We actually had a rep who listened to what we wanted and helped us get it. I also felt that there was minimal haggling on the price and that visited. We actually had a rep who listened to what we wanted and helped us get it. My only feedback for improvement would be to improve the time management skills of the reps and management. We had to wait four hours just to buy the car once it had arrived. This was partially due to under-staffing in the finance department but also due to poor time estimation skills of the rep. There were multiple times in our dealings with him that he estimated how long things would take and he was way off. More

Best experience ever buying a vehicle. Dealing with Dealerships is normally a bad experience, and I never thought that I would do a Dealer Review that will be positive…well, Larry Miller Toyota along w Dealerships is normally a bad experience, and I never thought that I would do a Dealer Review that will be positive…well, Larry Miller Toyota along with Alan Weeks and Josh Ekenstam proved me wrong. This was a car I bought from them coming from Texas. The communication was always excellent either over the phone or through the internet. The car was in the expected conditions. The General Manger did not want to close the deal over the phone with papers FedEx’ed, and had me to fly all the way over there to release the vehicle. Alan tried his best to get this policy away, but I guess a policy is a policy. Alan is one of those individuals that are very difficult to find: Honest, friendly, and a Car Salesman ! He is a great person and I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone interested in buying a vehicle !!! Heck, I am maybe even buying another vehicle from him over the internet to be shipped down to here in Texas !!! That is how good he is and how good the experience was with Larry Miller Toyota. More
I have had numerous issues with the Rock Springs Toyota people. I told KC about all my problems and that I drove three hours due to the fact I was so sick of the Rock Springs people not even valuing me as people. KC heard all my complaints, and as an effort to win my assurance that this dealership was going to take care of me.. he made sure I got a free lube job and oil change. I have NEVER had a service department do this for me. I was surprised, shocked, and confused that a dealership would go out of their way to win my business for good. I will defiantly be back, and this is the place to go! Free soda, coffee, hot chocolate or water; clean restrooms, free popcorn for the kiddos. Internet use is open for the public, and the offices are neat and tidy. KC is awesome! Friendliest, kindest staff I have ever met at a dealership. And I am defiantly glad to know my car is safe in their professional hands, and my business is important to them! More
