Hello there, Lindsay. It’s disheartening to hear that your car buying experience has fallen well below your expectations so far. Our dealership would never knowingly sell a car that is below our high standards. When our technician told you it was a “known issue” he meant this is an issue found in this particular model that Subaru was aware of and we were going to attempt to use that information and ask Subaru to assist with or cover the repairs, as it was out of warranty, but they declined.
