Purchase of 2008 Volkswagen Jetta We were looking to purchase a used car for our daughter who is going to college in the fall. Carl met us and introduced us to Joe, the manager. Carl took us to see cars at several LHM dealerships. He was friendly and helpful, but not pushy. He was willing to take us wherever necessary to show us any cars that we might be interested in looking at. If he didn't know the answer to a question he found it for us. Joe was very knowledgeable about what was available, and what he could do for us. He worked to get us the best deal possible. He didn't waste our time, and was very efficient. Much appreciated!! I will definitely work with Carl and Joe again in the future. In fact, if I have any questions about selling the car I'm driving now, and purchasing a new car, I will definitely call Joe before I do anything else. When he said he wanted to make us a repeat customer, he was serious! And he has succeeded. More
