It has been 2 months now since we got the car, and at first they were pretty helpful after this initial review, but I've lost faith again. They took the car and looked at it to try to repair the climate control, but there was some miscommunication somewhere that we were initially unaware of. Initially they told us they needed to order the part. So after initially viewing it, it was about another 2 or 3 weeks before we got it back in. When they got it in they replaced the blower motor and said everything was good to go. They were gracious and also ensured a belt was tightened, and replaced the screws for the license plate. On my way home, I tried the air, and it still didn't blow warm, just cold. (So the initial issue wasn't fixed). I called back and played a serious game of phone tag with our mechanic. Then I had a couple weeks where I needed the car every day, so I couldn't bring it in. He looked at it again, this time knowing the issue, but because of the amount of work they'd already put in on the car, they basically said I could try replacing one part on my own(buying the part myself), or he could replace the entire AC case, which would be $1800. I understand the need of a business to make money to not go out of business, but it I don't feel it is our fault that extra work was done on the car. It's not our fault there was a miscommunication, as I had advised the sales agent who helped us buy the car that the issue was the climate control, so I believe the miscommunication happened between LHM Used Car Sales and LHM Jeep Dodge Service, so the initial complaint was not adequately addressed in my opinion. Now I'm left trying to replace the blend door actuator on my own, which I'm hopefully able to figure out how to do. While the experience has had some positive moments, overall, my experience has been negative over the last couple months If it's not too late to speak, Steve, that would be greatly appreciated. I may try calling tomorrow
