I loved the car and took it home! Elijah was very knowledgeable about many different dealers, and makes of cars as well as very personable and friendly! Battery issue I came in to purchase a car for my wife and ended up trading in my Challenger to get me a car also. The deal took forever to get done. Paperwork had to be signed several times because of the lack of communication with finance department. They offer to put gas in my car for the inconvenience but it the principal of get the paperwork done the right way the first time. The finance department at the dealership fail to offer me other coverage that would have prevented me spending more money out of pocket. Then after 2 and a half months later my battery goes out on my Volkswagen Passat. I have it towed to the dealership and they look Examined the battery and other components that may be an issue just to later say your battery need to be replaced. Now this is a used 2014 Passat but it only had 17k miles on it and there no way that this battery should have went out. They offer a reduce rate for the battery which was still ridiculous high. What should have been done is replaced the battery at no charge. After this experience with Larry H Miller im never going to buy a car from them again. Poor communication within the departments in the dealership and even worst between the customers. The service manager Matt told my wife over the phone that the battery would be 185 and later when we got to the service dept to pick up the battery it was more than he stated. I also told them that a another volvowagen dealership had the same battery with setup for 185 in Scottdale. He completely overlooked it and stated this is the price we charge. More

I didn't expect to leave in a new car! I scheduled an appointment to discuss buying out the lease on my 2013 Tiguan. I had pretty much ruled out the possibility of leasing a new Tiguan at a monthly payment I would be comfortable with based on my current payment on my 2013 Tiguan which I was hoping to lower. Under consideration as a replacement vehicle was a Honda HR-V, a Mazda CX-3 and a Kia Soul based mainly on affordability but....I had driven a VW for 4 years with not a single complaint. Big shoes to fill. I am very happy to say that not only did I drive away from that appointment in a new 2018 Tiguan but with a lower payment per month than I had been paying on my 2013! A huge "Thank You" to Larry H. Miller VW for the best deal ever. More
