Our visit to Tucson Volkswagen met or exceeded our expectations for a pleasant experience. We were interested in the brand new 2013 Jetta Hybrid. The cost of various options was laid out, but the process was always driven by what we were interested in, not what the dealer might want us to take off the lot. The test drive allowed us the opportunity to get a feel for the combined electric motor and gasoline engine on accelerating. Likewise, we could experience the regenerative braking which is more sensitive than the brakes I had on my old Jetta. Once we agreed on price, the paperwork that followed was straightforward and explained at every step. Now that we've had the car for a few days, we are thrilled with its fit and finish, the responsiveness of the road feel and handling, the power when needed to accelerate, but also the gauges that display fuel consumption and mileage, how light or heavy the "throttle" and the simplicity of the dashboard console, switches, and readouts. The controls are intuitive. There were no unpleasant surprises and the car behaves as advertised. All in all, a very positive experience! More
