Victor is the magic man! You need to see him for your next vehicle. Not only did I get approved for a vehicle with low credit score but he was able to get me in a newer vehic You need to see him for your next vehicle. Horrible communication on the process. My appointment was 1100 on Monday. I was told 24-48 hours for pick up. They didn't even start work till Wednesday and took till Thursday. I specifically told them i needed my car in 24 hours. They charged my extra for trim part i didn't even need. This place has no awareness of how to communicate with a customer or what the definition of an appointment means. I was told he would call me back on two different occasions and never even attempted. Amateur hour at it's finest. I would rather take my car to jiffy lube and let minimum wage worker do better job. More
Sales department was fine, but service department is another world. We bought a brand new atlas cross sport and almost immediately began having issues with electrical features in the car and random alar another world. We bought a brand new atlas cross sport and almost immediately began having issues with electrical features in the car and random alarms. I called for service and they tried to minimize everything I brought up and fell back on the old “it may just need a system update.” I had them look and turns out a module that controls the lane departure system, anti collision and Cruze control features was bad. They had to order the part, but did finally replace the module. Fast forward a few days and the car started receiving the exact same errors and alerts as before. Needless to say, we will be looking for another new car. More
