Nice Service Guy I brought my 2016 Jeep Wrangler here because the rear window defroster stopped working. Chris in the service department hooked me up and got the window replaced via my extended warranty. However, note that this is the SECOND rear window that's been replaced on the this vehicle for the same reason. There is, in my opinion, a design flaw at work here. I had a 2000 Wrangler that NEVER had this problem. And more recently, I've had 3 rear windows replaced on 2 Wranglers. Nice that it gets fixed, but seems overly expensive to continue to do at this pace. More
