Michael was very helpful. I went in to purchase a car and then decided to lease one so he took care of everything he was very busy that day with other buyers but he still sto I went in to purchase a car and then decided to lease one so he took care of everything he was very busy that day with other buyers but he still stopped and took time for us. He stayed late to get it all done. He ever checked on me to make sure I made it home safe. Now that is above and beyond but it was much appreciated. Thank you for your time. More

STOPPED IN TO LOOK . THE SALESMAN MET US ON LOT AND WE TALKED FOR SEVERAL MINUTES THEN WE DISCUSSED OUR SHOPPING INTEREST IN A VEHICLE. HE WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL AND L THE SALESMAN MET US ON LOT AND WE TALKED FOR SEVERAL MINUTES THEN WE DISCUSSED OUR SHOPPING INTEREST IN A VEHICLE. HE WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL AND LISTENED VERY WELL OF OUR NEEDS. TOLD US OF OUR OPTIONS BEFORE WE TEST DROVE A CERTIFIED 2023 BUICK ENCORE. OUR NEGOTIATING WENT WELL AS DID THE FINANCE ASSISTANCE. I want to give a big shout out to Peyton, Josh, and Ellen. Peyton welcomed us with a smile and a genuine friendly demeanor. He was extremely courteous and helpful in my son buying his first vehicle. Josh was so patient walking Aaron through the finance process. He also welcomed any future questions or concerns that might arise. Ellen had the car looking good and gave Aaron the tutorial on all the features This is the only car buying experience I have ever felt good about, I would gladly make the hour drive down again for that kind of service. Your team had to overcome a variety of obstacles with Aaron being a full time student, working full time and not having any credit to get him in a car. Gold standard team!!!
