After looking carefully at the sheet listing the work done, I realized they never even tried to fix the original problem. I called to complain, and the computer problem wasn't even listed on the symptoms. Maybe they were able to rape me that time, but they'll never get another chance! More

I had my Ram diesel dropped off to purge fuel lines of air after having run out of fuel. In the late afternoon I stopped by to find out the status of the repair. I was told by Shinee LaFluer that the fuel lift pump module needed to be replaced and that it would cost either $950 or $1150 depending upon type of pump. Since I had the lift pump replaced 6 months earlier by another company, I called that shop to find out what my warranty coverage was. I was told it was 100% parts and labor. I told Shinee that I would take the truck to the other shop. She went and talk to someone out in the service area. when she returned she said that the pump was actually OK, but that the sending module in the tank was out of calibration. Larson Dodge was trying to lie about what was wrong. they wanted to get me to spend a $1000+ even though there was nothing wrong with the lift pump. I will never use them again. More
