Larson Ford

Went to visit Larson Ford in September of 2024. I was in the process of buying an EV vehicle and both the Mach E and Lightning both peaked my interest. She was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and came off as more of a friend than someone trying to make a quick buck off you. While I decided to buy another EV that wasn’t a ford, it was certainly not because of Ally. In fact, Ally was one of the reasons that the Ford EVs were still even in play after a week of test driving and researching. Thank you, Ally. More

I usually dread going to dealerships, but Larson Ford made the experience easy for me. Most of the back-and-forth was handled over the phone or via text, so when I arrived to sign the financing paperwork made the experience easy for me. Larson has great customer service. However, some of the employees in the service department do not do their job to the fullest extent. So have to be careful on that part.
