Exceptional Service for an Out of State Customer Though they seem to grow more scarce by the day, there are still people out there with whom it's a real pleasure to do business with; CPT Ron is one o Though they seem to grow more scarce by the day, there are still people out there with whom it's a real pleasure to do business with; CPT Ron is one of those individuals! I was in the market for my dream truck, but didn't want to build and buy new. I knew what I wanted and could afford to wait, but after 6 months of browsing local listings online, I thought I'd broaden my search coast to coast just to see what was out there. I stumbled across my new(only 4,000 miles!)-to-me loaded 2019 f150 online, and CPT Ron was incredibly helpful in closing the 800 mile gap between me and my ride. He ensured I was sent videos of a complete walk around of the truck inside and out, and he and the rest of the Larson team worked with me to arrive at a deal over the phone, including holding the truck for nearly a week so I could make travel arrangements. He even arranged to pick me up at the airport! CPT Ron had the truck ready for the long trip back to Michigan, detailed inside and out with a full tank of gas. I think we spent more time chewing the fat than doing the actual paperwork. Over a month later, I realized my "informal" deposit to hold the truck made via credit card had not been refunded (largely my fault, as I hadn't deducted it from the rest of my down payment). It took a single email and the money was back on my card. You can't go wrong buying your next vehicle with the Captain! More
