Worst Experience Ever I have never had a worse buying experience at a car dealership and I have purchased over 14 vehicles during my lifetime. I knew the exact car I wante I have never had a worse buying experience at a car dealership and I have purchased over 14 vehicles during my lifetime. I knew the exact car I wanted, had printed out the listing from your website showing the msrp and the incentives offered, as well as the window sticker. I called ahead to make sure that the car was still available and arrived within 30 minutes. What should have been a slam dunk sale as there was no trade-in to haggle over, turned in to a 4 hour ordeal. They cheated me out of a $1000 incentive for being an Uber driver because they didn't know how to do it, said they didn't have a form. They cheated me into financing $399 for a pulse system that was not listed on the window sticker, nor asked for by me. They claimed it was required by Washington law which I find to be untrue or else all the cars at Korum Hyundai would have them as well. I told my salesperson that I wanted zero down for 72 months and he came back with $1k, $2k and $3k down and some unknown, high interest rate. So instead of doing as I asked they decided to waste my time playing their games. I felt like I was being lied to every step of the way and will only return to pick up my plates. And by the time I got the car I was done and didn't need or wanted them to show me anything in the car. I just wanted to get the heck out of there. More
Financing ruined the experience. Overall was a good experience. Took a lot longer than expected. The finance guy as was really slow and kept wanting to add more money. She was ever so correct, Amanda and her team at Larson Hyundai/Mitsubishi recommended me to wait and see the new Ioniq that was about to be released. She was ever so correct, I was looking for a commuter car and the Sonata Hybrid was bigger than I was looking for. She has great patience, listens, works with you to get the job done. When the Ioniq finally arrived she called me as it was being off loaded from the trailer. She was spot on with her assessment of my desires and drove off with the car I wanted. More
