Go Hyundai of Renton is a waste of time! They are unprofessional and doesn't communicate effectively. I made an appointment to get my Tuscon Hybrid car battery changed and called, two times within a 3 day period and spoke with 2 persons at the service center, and 1 person at the parts department. No one told me there's a specific time frame in which hybrid vehicles get diagnosed or battery changed. I showed up to my scheduled 2:45pm appointment and was told the master technician says he doesn't have time to check my battery or do a diagnostic. Go Hyundai of Renton! Please do better with your communication. I lost 2 1/2 hours of work time for absolutely nothing.

Called to schedule an appointment because I have 2 warning lights and wanted to know if it is safe to drive. 7 hours later still no call back. This has got to be worse service I have ever received from a dealership. Can't wait to get rid of it and you can bet it will not be a Hyundai product or even a KIA. No more Korean autos for me.
