If you're looking for a car, but hate the high pressure salesman, then this is the man for you. After a few not so nice experiences at other dealerships, I came to Larson's Hyundai expecting the s pressure salesman, then this is the man for you. After a few not so nice experiences at other dealerships, I came to Larson's Hyundai expecting the same hounding that I experienced everywhere else. Much to my surprise, I was able to look over a few cars on the lot without an overeager salesman breathing down my back and trying to constrain my to a car that would get them a good commission. After a brief, but thorough walk-through of their car selection, I entered the dealership and was promptly greeted by Mr. Carlino, who was very polite and easygoing. He was very helpful throughout the entire car buying process, from test driving several cars (where he made me comfortable enough to be very thorough instead of being timid and afraid about doing something he didn't like) to getting me an amazing deal on a car loan. This is a man who still takes pride in the art of selling cars and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is tired of being hassled at the dealership, or who just wants a great deal with great customer service. I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle through him. More

I changed my mind about a car 48 hours before the deal was made and i moved, and he found the car i then wanted, left from work to go get it drove it home and had it at the dealership waiting for me when my flight landed and i drove away in the EXACT car i wanted for the price i could afford, for a better rate then we were expecting. Everyone at Larson was very warm and welcome and so helpful. I would defiantly recommend to anyone and will go back!! More

After a not so pleasant encounter with Titus Will, Andy called to inquire about what I was looking for in a car. My answer to both were no, so he took the time to explain the benefits of leasing and, more importantly, how it could benefit me. I was feeling better about our conversation and told my husband about it. He was the real test since the car would be for him. He was open to the idea and we made an appointment to see Andy the next morning. He was just as straight forward and pleasant in person as he was over the phone. He helped explain what we previously talked about to my husband. We received everything we wanted in the car and, with the help of his financial counterpart, was able to get the price we wanted. The car was not on the lot at the time of purchase, but we were able to pick it up later that day all sparkly and new. My husband was extremely pleased with the finished product and the customer service we received from Andy. The icing on the cake was that a few days later, our payments ended up being a little lower than expected. I have already begun telling all my local friends who are considering buying a car about our wonderful experience at Larson Hyndai and working with Andy. We will be referring people there from now on. More

My experience with this dealership was excellent. I met with Andy who was our salesman and have never had a more pleasant experience with a car salesman. I purchased a 2011 Hyundai this last Saturday at Robert Larson Hyundai and could not be happier with my new car. Jeff Timmons, the Internet Sales Manager, was absolutely wonderful to work with and made the Larson Hyundai and could not be happier with my new car. Jeff Timmons, the Internet Sales Manager, was absolutely wonderful to work with and made the process so easy. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the car I was buying and spent extra time going over important features. Unfortunately for Jeff, everyone in my life became a car buying expert right about the time of purchase and he graciously put up with what seemed like an never-ending array of questioning. Two days ago I drove home in a new (actually a like-new used) Hyundai Tucson, culminating many days of researching four major brands and half a dozen models. It was a relatively quick and painless negotiation period from the moment I walked onto their lot, quite by chance while driving around town looking for another Hyundai dealer. Larson Group's follow-up email stated, "We will complete the car buying experience by providing unprecedented levels of service, convenience, and personalized attention." Having been a relatively frequent automobile buyer since 1966, across a wide spectrum of brands and dealerships around the country, I have learned that such comments are frequently made but seldom realized, which is probably the norm. But if the process at Larson Hyundai continues like my short experience with them up to this point, I think they will in fact be able to meet that lofty claim. The very capable sales associate, David S., the sales manager who contributed to the negotiation, the financial rep who closed the surprisingly streamlined documentation process, and the other personnel who contributed to satisfying my questions (I invariably have a lot of questions, some which test the accuracy and depth of what I am told about the product) all reflected a high level of professionalism and competency. It goes without saying that I hope this dealership meets their stated intent, which addresses our future relationship in completing the car buying experience. So, I'm looking forward to more of the same from Larson Hyundai. Maybe a follow-up report here in a couple of months (around July of 2013) would be beneficial to those of you who are now engaged in research like I was doing a couple of weeks ago. The Tucson, by the way, is a really good design and meets my needs quite well. Hyundai’s offered accessories through the dealer’s parts department are a bit pricey though. More
