My 1st new car in 15 years Negotiating a new car has certainly changed since my last time out. Everything was fine except it took several hours to produce the paperwork when I picked the car up. All details had been thoroughly discussed. Paperwork was requested to be ready upon arrival. IT WAS NOT. Between wasted time to produce paperwork and necessary time to meet service personnel, go over the car completely, do the phone thing etc. it took WAY too long to do. Aside from that, I was pleased with my interactions with all persons that I engaged at the dealership. More
