I tried to get the maintenance department on the phone to ask a question about a repair. Instead of receiving a call back I received an email to schedule an appointment. When I show up for the appointment, t ask a question about a repair. Instead of receiving a call back I received an email to schedule an appointment. When I show up for the appointment, they told me that they don’t have the part and they need to order it. If someone had just returned my call, they could’ve told me that on the phone and this could have prevented me from having to take time off from work. More

PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION or WALK Purchased as used vehicle with a private lender on a Saturday. Check engine light came on right after leaving the parking lot, which they did take care of the next ava vehicle with a private lender on a Saturday. Check engine light came on right after leaving the parking lot, which they did take care of the next available business day (they called a courtesy on their end ). I presume that they didn’t intend for the light to come on soon, but knew that it would eventually after resetting the check engine light. The vehicle was with them the following Monday to Wednesday. I was able to book an appointment with the manufacturer dealership for service inspection the following weekend. Before the inspection began they notified me that the same vehicle had been serviced in April of this year and had three major issues that was discovered back in April. 1 of those issues being a coolant leak. All issues discovered in April were not addressed nor disclosed. $6,000 repair bill for $16,000 vehicle. Management is now claiming that they had no prior knowledge of a coolant leak, although I was able to discover that and more two minutes into my appointment. I did not receive copies of any of the paperwork I signed the day of purchase and had to ask for them almost a week later. Even so not all paperwork is present. Still missing the multi point inspection. Also there is no buyers guide on the windows, so you don’t know is as is until they get you to start signing paperwork. We weren’t desperate for another vehicle, just wanted something different within our chosen budget. I’m not into character assassination so I’ll leave with this: at the end of the day, there are Mitsubishi dealer. The true condition of their used vehicles is not important to them and it’s apparent they don’t think it’s important to the buyer. PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION or WALK More
