Finally, Mr. Kimura the sales manager has been there for me anytime I have asked for help and that means a lot to me. Too many people are reluctant to help their customers these days and Mr. Kimura, Mr. Morgan and Mr. Reiter were all eager to offer their assistance upon request. If I had to give a rating of one to ten Jose would receive a TEN ++ from us. However the detailing department fell short, at first glance (we took delivery at night) the car seemed fine, but the next morning we spent 3 hours removing stains where a soda had sprayed inside, removing residual glue where there had been stickers (previous owner) on the radio area and the dome light.
