I did place several calls to a gentleman named RV and spoke to Blain prior to me returning new car. Was promised a return call by Blain before the end of the day we spoke and have yet to receive a return call. I did return the new car purchased after they were told I was not going to finance it. Your dealership was informed that the finance company wasn't going to send payment until I the customer was happy. After Lasco was informed they claim they had to do repairs on my car which made me loose my deposit. Although the car I traded in was on Lasco's web site for sale they claim repairs had to be done so they had to keep my deposit. LOAD OF CRAP because I called and inquired about it and scheduled a meeting to see it! When I received my original car back with unmatched tires and service engine lights on! Called spoke to RV and he said he was sorry but he couldn't help with anything now that I have left the lot. According to Blain he had no idea I was treated that way and wanted to get to the bottom but to date has never called. Do not be mistaken... I loved the car I drive off the lot and agreed to purchase.. But I know I was lied too about my car needing repairs. When I got the original car back it was soaked from the cleaning and I had to return to the lot because your car prep person left jumper cables in my car! Told Blain about that and he wasn't happy. You could tell by his voice. But to date no call from anyone!
