Mike was so helpful when I was buying my 2011 HHR. He went above and beyond any experience I ever expected to get from a car dealer. I felt as if I was the only customer there. I have told my whole fam went above and beyond any experience I ever expected to get from a car dealer. I felt as if I was the only customer there. My whole buying experience was like a bucket of cold water over what should have been an exciting morning. I sat in the dealership for four hours. The salesperson didn't want to look for my spare key an water over what should have been an exciting morning. I sat in the dealership for four hours. The salesperson didn't want to look for my spare key and said "why don't you just come back Monday for that?" Total disregard for my time. When in the center office room, one of the sales guys burst out a string of profanities & lightheartedly apologized when he saw me standing there. Another sales guy plopped his prospective buyer at the same table as me & proceeded to discus his poor credit and why they were having a hard time getting him a loan. I was squirming for him and couldn't believe the lack of personalization. He was clearly a "number". After all this I was going to trade my newly purchased car for another model. I look on the website and there's 14 of those so I set an appointment to come back. When going back there was only one car there and it didn't fit what I was looking for. I don't know if that was atypical or if it's a classic bait & switch tactic to show a bunch of cars in inventory and they magically all just sold but "take a look at this car". I'll never go here ever again. I couldn't be more disappointed. More

Hope this doesn't bite me later... But truth be told, Brian Graham (sales) and Bill Fohey (sales manager) both actually made me feel they were really helping me out. The Buisness was wonderful & Brian graham is the man to go to he has wonderful Communication skills , An really is just a good person to know!!! I loved my experience at Lasco Ford!!! They did literally everything they could to make sure that I ended up getting the car I wanted! Gaye Johnson did such an amazing job keeping me informed of what was goi everything they could to make sure that I ended up getting the car I wanted! Gaye Johnson did such an amazing job keeping me informed of what was going on. It took a long time to get everything to go through but they really are amazing out there. I was able to get a fair price on my trade in, making the pricing of my new car someth other Ford products in the past and I am very happy with them. I will never purchase a vechile from this dealership again. I was not treated as a customer but like a number. They all talk a good game but in the end the are not concerned with the customer. The vechile I selected for purchase wasn't repaired like promised and received the run around when repairs were to be done. How is it ever ok to have customers wait more than an hour ok? My family and I sat from beginning to end for more than 13 hours over three days! I am so sad over the treatment we recieved... Really gives the 'ole cleshay validity that car sales individuals really are crooks...not only did they loose my business but lost a total of three car purchases just in my family. I returned my vehicle and cancelled my contract for several thousand dollars because in over 12 days they couldn't seem to find the time to complete promised repairs nor could they seem to find a car for me to drive while repaid were being done. Really..?? A car lot not having loaner cars. Seems the logical thing to do is to spend a couple dollars to make several thousand was enough of an incentive to produce results.. End result- one unhappy customer who will always remember the crappy customer service and unprofessional staff who made the decision to lie to my face. I guess in the long run the dealership will be able to make another sale but not in our family. That's a sad because not only was my deal worth several thousand dollars so would have the three other purchases. Bottom line here- not a great place to do business.. More
