10/14/22 It has been a pleasure for me to drive the 40 minutes, from Pompano Beach, to Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines, even though there are 2 BMW dealerships located 10 minutes from our residence. The reasons include that you have the absolute best Customer Service, and Inventory, in the industry, bar none. Since we met Les Cutler, back in 2017, I was very happy with his courtesy and making leasing a new BMW, a great experience, and not a drudgery. In addition, he introduced us to Karen Jimenez, who has been our terrific Service Advisor to this day. It’s a pleasure to have our service done there, and Karen enjoys her work, and always has a pleasant demeanor. Karen introduced us to Mark Nichols, Service Manager, who was instrumental in helping is with a wheel issue, months later. He is a huge reason that your Service Dept. runs so smoothly. In addition, we can’t leave out your Service Techs, who are the best and work so hard for your customers. Once Les retired (we were his very last customers before retirement), we were very happy to work with Bob Ford. He is very down to earth and drove my wife and I out to see a 330i located off the property, which we ended up leasing. Due to market conditions, we decided to buy our 2020 330i, at the lease end, since we only had driven 13,250 miles. Bob was very helpful with the paperwork, which was greatly appreciated. A big thank you to Laura Candurin, Finance Consultant. She was a joy, with her preparation of the documents, for the purchase and titling. She was very amiable and an excellent ambassador for your Company, especially with her expertise and engaging smile. In a few years, when things improve, we will come and see Bob again, to lease a new BMW vehicle. In addition, Jeffery, you and your staff, are to be commended for the ongoing construction to make Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines, the absolute best in the country.
