When I went into the dealership Jose was not interested in greeting the customers that were assigned to him. I brought my car for a regular service and was told 2 hours and that turned into 2 days without in greeting the customers that were assigned to him. I brought my car for a regular service and was told 2 hours and that turned into 2 days without someone letting me know. Jose is very unprofessional and is not interested in taking pride in his job. I would not recommend this guy to anyone honestly. In this day and age where people don’t feel like working and providing good service, Jose falls under this category. I have 2 BMW leases that are up end of the year and I most definitely won’t be getting another BMW so I can avoid Jose and BMW of Pembroke Pines More
