I asked the service representatives PAULA SOTO three times, please, to wash my car well, and they did not pay attention to anything, I had to complain to the Manager, Mr. Tod, about the poor service rec times, please, to wash my car well, and they did not pay attention to anything, I had to complain to the Manager, Mr. Tod, about the poor service received. And although Mr. Tod had his good will to do the job again, having to waste time again and after complaining and the store Manager having to intervene, is unfortunate for a firm like BMW, I am disappointed and I am telling All my friends who have BMWs, I'm thinking about changing car brands to Mercedes Benz, because this in Pembroke Pines is something that happens recurrently, everything is slow and no one respects the value of my time when I look for services, what's more, I have to do other things. maintenance that I WILL NOT DO IN THAT LOCAL EVER AGAIN. Also that day the clients who heard me complain to the manager said that the same thing had happened to them, but I went public complaining and they didn't. Thank you for your time. More

I had some noises coming from the A/C of the car, and I am glad that the warranty covered the repair after initial discussions with the mechanics and technicians. This dealership is shady. You negotiate the price then they add a mandatory $995 charge for Starguard, a tracking device most people don't want. I was able to negotiate it down for $695 so if you don't want this add on know that its negotiable. I flew in from another state to pick up the car and the deal was done 5 days prior to me arriving. The car was not cleaned well and it didn't have the break fluid flushed. When I brought it up I was told I can do it when I get home because it's under warranty. No it isn't, brake fluid is a consumable. If I didn't know better I would have had to pay for this after I drove 14 hours home. If you're going to certify a car you should do a more thorough inspection and make sure EVERYTHING is actually done to it. Rani was pleasant to work with as a salesman but definitely be on guard with this dealership. More
