Living in Pompano Beach, I enjoy driving to BMW Pembroke Pines. Recently, I had some major work done to the electronics on my 2020 330 I. Karen walked me through the process, provided me with a beautiful 2024 330 I, which was very, very nice. When my vehicle was completed, a few days later, she helped me reset some of the items, like pairing my phone and other settings. Karen takes the time to make her customers, part of the Jolman family. She is the best, and I greatly appreciate her hard work. Marc Walther More

9/07/23 Karen Jimenez, Senior Service Coordinator, has been my Advisor for years. She has a great personality and gets my car in and out very quickly, and with great results. She always goes above and beyond, in giving 5 star service. You can be very proud of her. Most recently she greeted me upon arrival for the maintenance of my 2020 330i. Just signed up for the program to keep the car in tip top shape. New tires were in order, along with new wipers and an oil change. The expansion is amazing and it will be fantastic. It’s always a pleasure to drive down from Pompano Beach It was a super, seeing Mark Nichols once again. All in all it was another enjoyable experience. Mr. Holman must be very proud. My front service person was the best as always. Loaner was a great convenience-although a BMW model would have been much preferred. The actual work took overly long to get done. The wait to get the car after arriving at the service center was inexcusable - they seemed to have ‘misplaced the car. The car “wash” was a joke. it looked like it had been shown water but not had any actually touch the car. Clearly no soap had been applied during the cleaning. And there were of dark vertical stains on the doors under the wing mirrors. More

My 2019 X5 with only 18,500 miles (warranty expired in January 2023) has had several issues in the last few months which has put a big dent in my bank account. Currently, my financial situation is not good as my business is extremely slow and revenue all but has stopped. I appreciate the effort and help given to me by Ali Fermin (service advisor) and Mark Nichols (service manager) regarding the repair cost of one of the issues my car had. I am satisfied with the service that has been provided to me thus far. Unfortunately, another issue that the car has, the dash upholstery peeling off, is not resolved as I cannot afford the cost to get it replaced. I am deeply disappointed at BMW for not standing behind their products. I believe that the manufacturer, in cases like this, should step in and fund the dealership to perform this work in effort to keep their consumer base satisfied with the brand. From what I have seen online, this dash failure issue occurs frequently and BMW should have already resolved this in their manufacturing process or at least issued an extended warranty campaign to mitigate the situation like Toyota/Lexus did back in late 90s early 2000s with a similar issue. In any event, I want to thank Ali and Mark for their professionalism and compassion regarding my case. Kudos to Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines and shame to BMW. More
