Your service dept was able to quickly diagnose the problem, but as it was after 4pm, I had to wait til the next morning for y'all to fix it. It was finished before noon the next day and I was able to drive on home to Arkansas. Josh and Marco were the last ones in the service dept as it closed. Both of them were great. Josh talked to my husband and told him what was going on with the car and after he left, Marco was there til my husband arrived and helped us carry my bags to our truck. Great experience during an inconvenient time. Thank you all! More
