We're glad we focused in on Laura Chevrolet! We were interested in a used truck advertised on Laura's website. When my wife and I arrived and were walking around the lot, we immediately noticed w We were interested in a used truck advertised on Laura's website. When my wife and I arrived and were walking around the lot, we immediately noticed we didn't get swamped with sales people right off the bat. We were able to walk around and look, until what seemed like the perfect time that our sales person came out to help us (I really appreciated that). The salesman (Collin) took us over to the truck I was interested in and was very knowledgeable about it. He had a warm way of making us feel comfortable with our test drive and walking us through the steps to purchase, that he was involved with. He was a good communicator and respectful to my wife. That's huge with me! If Collin is representative of the sales staff at Laura Chevrolet, they're going to sell vehicles! I've been a Chevy guy for my whole life. So when it came time to buy again, it was a no-brainer what I was going to purchase. The only question was where. I'm so glad we chose Laura Chevrolet! The people I work with knew we were buying the night we came back in. Because of a few details that had to be worked out, Collin delivered my truck to me at work the next morning. Customer Service We purchased a suburban from Laura Chevrolet 8/2. Initially we were told the price was conditioned on our using GM financing. OK. Then we were told yo We purchased a suburban from Laura Chevrolet 8/2. Initially we were told the price was conditioned on our using GM financing. OK. Then we were told you don't have to use GM and paperwork was done to finance through another lender. We were getting ready to leave and suddenly were told we have to finance thru GM. So the sales agreement and title had to redone. And we were told the paperwork would be put in the mail the next day 8/3. I messaged the salesman 8/7 and again 8/13 when we still didn't have the paperwork. What is the deal? First we had the paperwork, then it had to be redone but would be mailed the next day, then we will get it in 7 to 10 days, now it will b sent within 14 days and don't worry we have 30 days to pay taxes and buy license but hey we have a life and may have to travel out of state in the next week or two. Very inconvenient and the story keeps changing. More
