Initially, this location performed a mediocre touch up paint service. Created bunch of micro scratches on my car and insisted that it was normal. Normal to do paint work without washing the car? When I objected to this quality of service they reluctantly agreed to redo the job. When I went back the second time, I discovered a new paint chip that was not there when I dropped off the car. Originally they took responsibility for this chip but later something changed. In the end, advisor CJ and manager Shannon treated me in a hostile manner insinuating that I caused that chip. Also, they canceled my appointment in unprofessional manner via email without giving me a reason. That was a red flag . Instead of accusing me of something, they could have checked their video cameras. Video footage will clearly show that I was inspecting that chip on their parking lot(for a while). Also they have access to all communication texts and the photo(time stamped). In fact, don’t they take before and after 360video? Who was driving the car around the dealership? Moreover, I started my inquiry right after I picked up my vehicle , not the following day. I was promised a phone call from the general manager and newer got one. Called and emailed this location’s manager, not available. Instead, they reached out to sell me another car. I have been going to this place for over 5 years and this last visit will be my last. I will not tolerate false accusation. Apparently, customer loyalty means nothing to this location. If you service your vehicle at this location think twice. More
I’ve been using this particular BMW dealership for service for many years have had numerous good experiences there. My last visit was no exception drop off was smooth. I had a malfunction with my convertible top, which was diagnosed and resolved big thanks to my service advisor Andre Brown is a young guy but very polished. He stayed in contact with me throughout the repair process worked with me on the total cost of the repairs and was there to deliver it when I picked it up, and even had my vehicle detailed. What stands out most about Tyler is his professionalism, communication, and willingness to help. He always keeps me informed, answers questions honestly, and makes me feel valued as a customer instead of just another appointment. I am an out of state buyer. Contacted the dealer specifically about a Carfax link for sale. Confirmed availability for the vehicle- yes, it's here and they sent pictures, as the Contacted the dealer specifically about a Carfax link for sale. Told sales rep to send me a deal sheet and we can get and agreement in place, happy to place a deposit on it. I was 100% transparent about being out of state, I was a cash buyer and would fly in next week to pickup. It was acknowledged, and asked for this to quickly be wrapped up. This was at 10ish AM 5/7/26. I provided everything they needed for a term sheet by 11AM. At 4pm that same day, I reached out again, asking for the agreement- Brendan- sales person, I just sent it 4:07PM with manager Mark Januszkiewicz on the term sheet. To which, I immediately made a counter offer 4:22PM. Zero reply. Reasonable offer( around $900 difference) Car had damage to both exterior and interior- thought that to be reasonable. Again, no reply. Next day, reached out to the rep again 5/8/26 (Brendan Dorsey) No reply. Check the link on the website, car is gone. Horrible service, even worse communication past the initial stages of confirmation and photos. What I believed to be a great start to my interaction turned into a massive waste of my time.
