We have been coming here for over 16+ years an bought over 7 cars at Laurel BMW from the same people Jeff Abbas. We can't say enough about Rich the sales manager, Jeff Abbas-sales, Chris -Used sales man over 7 cars at Laurel BMW from the same people Jeff Abbas. We can't say enough about Rich the sales manager, Jeff Abbas-sales, Chris -Used sales manager and Tony S. in service. Not to mention the finance guy-what a wonderful team. They are all top notch professionals!!!!!!! They are the reason we ( my husband and I both drive and buy/lease BMW_) keep coming back to this location. It is not only for the great customer service. We all know there are many places to buy a car. However, it come s down to relationship and customer service/support, along with knowledge and attitude. Hats off to these gentleman and the great team they have here. These gentleman go above and beyond to achieve excellence and make sure the customer walks away happy and satisfied.
