Maybe 1 sheet of paper could do it? 2) Have all details of claim typed in before or after customer visit. Why should customer have to wait while you type details on the visit for 10 minutes? 3) Have vehicle ready when customer is notified it's ready. I had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to fetch the car. Dealership was empty with lots of folks sitting around. Parking lot was empty too. Not sure why the car wasn't parked in front waiting for me. More

Hassan and Andre were very accommodating. I came from out of state and when my Credit Union went radio silent, they were able to start from scratch, get financing approved and completed and g I came from out of state and when my Credit Union went radio silent, they were able to start from scratch, get financing approved and completed and get me back on the road in short order. The communication throughout was very pleasant and quick. The price of the vehicle seemed very fair, which meant there wasn’t haggling. I was offered many add-ons for warranty and other maintenance packages, but never in a pushy way. Overall, very good experience and I would highly recommend. More
