I have been to different authorized BMW dealers like Patrick Bmw(Sales rep - John Ivey & Elmir Karajic), Northfields(sales Rep-Lisa Wyatt), Motor Werks Barrington BMW (Sales rep - Leo Khodos) & Morton G Patrick Bmw(Sales rep - John Ivey & Elmir Karajic), Northfields(sales Rep-Lisa Wyatt), Motor Werks Barrington BMW (Sales rep - Leo Khodos) & Morton Groove Audi (Sales rep - Christopher Lopez). Believe me or not they all where super polite, helpful & still in touch with me & helped me at all possible ways.But at this Laurel BMW Westmont location, me & my wife where very disappointed with the attitude of the staff & there is super lack of hospitality, respect & rude/rough behavior while communicating towards customer which we never thought off. After the test drive my wife was so uncomfortable that she didn’t even came inside the showroom. Now I am a happy BMW owner. I have also passed this feedback to my 8 of my family & friends to whom I asked them not to visit Laurel BMW because of this worst experience & on my recommendation they all got 6 BMW car from where I got the best service. Hope you guys learned your lesson & should learn to respect the customer even if they are wrong because its your job. You lost 1 customer followed by 8 & will continue for give the same feedback to my other fellow & friends & will never ever come to this Laurel BMW location. More
