We were able to complete negotiations via email and one phone call; I took delivery of my car the next day. This was the the most pleasant and quickest car deal I've ever experienced. Kristina is a CA who really understands BMWs and especially M series vehicles. Jason in the business office was friendly and quick at getting the paper settled on my deal. I strongly recommend Kristina and Laurel BMW for anyone in the market for a BMW. I've also used Laurel's service department. Jason Wnek was able to set me up with a set of BMW winter tires and wheels for my new X5M (these are really hard to find and Laurel, amazingly, had a set in stock). The winter set was installed and Laurel is storing my summers. What a great experience. Jason was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I'm extremely impressed with this experience and will continue to use Laurel for my service needs (even though the dealership is over a 60 mile drive from my home). Oustanding Dealership - Truly Professional. No Bait & Switch Recently got our 2016 BMW X1 from Laurel BMW. The whole experience from start to finish was nothing but outstanding. Emailed Sean Kashani of Laurel BM Recently got our 2016 BMW X1 from Laurel BMW. The whole experience from start to finish was nothing but outstanding. Emailed Sean Kashani of Laurel BMW at 7 am when I noticed that they had the car I wanted - A mineral white with mocha leather interior with the Y alloy wheels. Had a detailed quote - I mean with ALL the info (including taxes) and financing options at 9 am. Since the vehicle just came in, Sean ran out in the rain and emailed me many pics of the car. We agreed on price which was much less than truecar/costco pricing that I had gotten from other dealers in Chicagoland. At around 11 am we finalized the deal over email. Went to pick up the car at 4:30. They were all ready for me with the paperwork and the car was prepped and waiting in the delivery area. Jason Baker of the finance department was just a true professional and non pushy - one of the best I have seen in the industry. Got done with finance in 30 mins and off to Sean who walked through all the featuers of the car patiently, paired both our phones and explained everything we needed to know about our new X1. Love the new ride. The whole experience was very pleasant and just felt good. I recommend sales person Sean Afshani and the finance manager Jason Baker and the whole crew at Laurel BMW very highly.
