Matt Kuhn was extremely helpful via email prior to purchase, knowledgeable in person, and attentive post sale. I had many questions about the nuances of the SAV and Matt has been great in responding quickly. He also pulled the original Mfg. Invoice so I would know exactly what was included in all of the upgrades that the original owner had purchased. This makes understanding what is pertinent to my vehicle very easy when reviewing the owners manual. The staff at Laurel is friendly and patient- I love the free car washes! I purchased a CPO and during the sales process I asked m Thank you for the opportunity to offer a review on my purchase experience at Laurel BMW. I purchased a CPO and during the sales process I asked my salesman (Tim) to confirm the vehicle was up to date on fluids and maintenance. My question was driven by the Carfax which highlighted the maintenance history, and reflected that over a year had passed since the last maintenance had been performed. Tim assured me all was in order and was adamant that all preowned were brought up to date on all maintenance before being offered for resale. Having become familiar with the technical components of my vehicle (this is my first BMW) I have come to find that the vehicle will need an oil change next month (10k since the last one), the washer fluid is low, and the DEF (desire exhaust fluid every 10k) warning has come on indicating that the fluid needs to be replenished. I don't necessarily think this is a reflection on Tim, I just think there may have been a breakdown in the process when this vehicle was taken in on trade. Before writing this review, I asked Laurel (Mike Adler) if the dealership would simply offer to let me have this maintenance performed at no charge to me at a local BMW dealership. All I heard were crickets. I guess a used car dealership is a used car dealership no matter what the emblem. Update 5/22/2015: Updating my original review: I want to thank Guy, Tim, Mark and Mike for making things right. They contacted me promptly and make it clear that customer satisfaction was their number 1 priority. Happy to report that they made things right! Thanks guys. I will definitely be coming back for our next vehicle. More
Incredibly professional, efficient & thorough -top to bottom Kristina was very patient with me as I was selling my 2008 Acura RL through Craigslist and the buyer had delayed me - to the point of uncertainty! W Kristina was very patient with me as I was selling my 2008 Acura RL through Craigslist and the buyer had delayed me - to the point of uncertainty! We (Kristina and me) had negotiated terms for my 2015 428i lease much earlier than my RL sale, so they had engaged various internal folks to "finalize" my deal w/o knowing for sure I'd come through. In the final analysis, my sale went through, however, the used car manager had assured me that if it didn't, they'd give me a "number" based on eyebally my car the week prior. It all worked out and Kristina was awsome to work with. Dovile was also great when I went back for a subsequent review of the various components of my car, not to metion a free full tank of gas! I like Laurel so much that I'm planning to use them for future service even though I live near Patrick - I'll drive the 28 miles to Westmont! More
