I initially went into the dealership to have my 2010 Buick Lacrosse serviced, and drove off, 3 hours later, with a practically new 2013 Malib for me. I received personalized service; Todd allowed me to drive the car, and he was very patient as I tried to switch my Sirius and On-Star from my old car to my new one. How many of us have walked into a car dealership, only to wish we had never walked through the door. This has happened to me many times. However, this was not the case at Lavery. My experience with Melissa Long was nothing short of fantastic. Her communication, customer service, and people skills through the roof. She goes the extra mile, follows up, and does what see says she will do. Lavery obviously realized her potential, as she has been promoted. I fully expect she will be in management in the not too distant future. Bottom line is I never felt pressured to buy at any time.
