I have always hated going into a Car Dealership! I always felt like I got the "run around", never got straight answers, and always felt intimidated and not really welcome. I have never in my life (and I am 48!)been treated like such royalty! It was an absolute wonderful feeling working with Greg my salesman! He took me step by step through the entire process of buying my new car. After going through all the paperwork, he even took me out and sat down with me and went over every possible button there was - the info, the Onstar, phone, radio, seat levers, wipers -- you name it he went over it! After going over everything he then said -"ok lets go to the gas station - you're not leaving without a full tank!" I was in total amazement and could not quit smiling! I was so nervous about buying a new car and he made it so simple! When I went to leave he said, "Now who are you going to call whenever you have a question, or problem???? You call me...!! I have told everyone I work with and know about my experience, and just keep replaying that day! It was the most wonderful feeling, like I was really cared about and being taken care of.
