I appreciated the time they took with me to figure out what vehicle fit my needs and personality the best. I spent most of the day with Mark and ended up buying a very nice vehicle. I found my car on the Lavery website. I was very impressed with the price and eyed the car for several days. I finally called and set up an appointment to test drive. I did have something that needed fixed on my car before I purchased it, and they went out of their way to make sure that everything was fixed and good to go. Kudos to Chad for making my visit to Lavery's easy and simple, nothing at all like dealing with the rental car places at the airports! The only thing that I would suggest is posting the pricing information along with the different size cars available. It gives the customer more of an idea of what they want to spend and saves time on the phone when speaking to one of the rental department reps. More
