Quick and Seamless Process Kyle made our purchase process easy from start to finish. We live about 2 hours from Lavery and had found the perfect vehicle for our family on their Kyle made our purchase process easy from start to finish. We live about 2 hours from Lavery and had found the perfect vehicle for our family on their website. We were very interested but we didn't want to drive 2 hours just to be faced with surprises regarding the car. When we called Kyle we asked him to personally look at it, take pictures and let us know if there's anything on the vehicle that we didn't see. By 10am the next business day, he had emailed us 20 photos of the vehicle and answered all of our questions. A few days later we took our 4 young children to Lavery to purchase the vehicle. The buying process was laid back and efficient. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Mark gave me all the information I needed over the phone to know that I I was in the market for a used car. This dealer is 2 1/2 hours away from me. Mark gave me all the information I needed over the phone to know that I was getting a fair deal. When I arrived Mark introduced me to Jim Wolfe and He treated me fantastic. I never felt pressured. I was preapproved with what I thought was a great rate but Jim had me work with Becky in finance and she was able to get me a lower rate! Everyone involved in the sales process was great. Completely unsatisfied custmer I have taken my car to Lavery Automotive 2 times to have service work done to my vehicle within 1 week of each other for the same issue. Now, after 2 I have taken my car to Lavery Automotive 2 times to have service work done to my vehicle within 1 week of each other for the same issue. Now, after 2 weeks, my car is still having the same issue and is deemed not safe to drive. I do not live in the area and have a 2 hour drive to my home and cannot make it to work because of this issue. I will not take my car back to get serviced at this location ever and would not recommend them to service any vehicle, especially brakes. I am completely unsatisfied and could have been injured due to this not being fixed. I will take my car elsewhere from now on. The customer service provided by the service representatives was okay but the work done is unacceptable. More
