I had a 1:00 PM appointment for a simple oil change and ended up waiting over 4 hours with my kid. I was also told the delay was due to one of their lifts going out and other issues in the shop. The guy at the front desk was new but super kind and came to update me without me even asking, which I really appreciated. I know things happen and the techs are probably doing their best, so I wasn’t trying to pester anyone, but the efficiency and scheduling definitely need improvement. Also, I’m active duty Air Force stationed in Wichita Falls, TX, and I bought my car from this dealership. I was told car buyers are prioritized for loaners, so when I requested one— since the extra repairs meant it would be another hour wait— I was told I couldn’t get one because I “live out of state.” That doesn’t make much sense when I’m stationed just under an hour away. Disappointing experience overall. I just want to go home. Edit: Got out of there at 5:49 PM. Price that was discussed before is $200 more than what I had to pay for. And they mentioned it took longer because people were going home. More

Made an appointment ahead of time to bring vehicle in. When we get there days later for our appointment we are then told it would be 48 hours before it’s even looked at to diagnose the issues. I asked “what is the point of the appointment then?” And Barbara ignored my question. I called after leaving to get my question answered, which it really wasn’t answered. Just that it is what it is and we should have been told when it was scheduled. I texted asking for a status update hours after getting alerts from my vehicle app indicating my vehicle had been plugged in and unplugged. I got no reply, rather Barbara called my husband. Claimed no record of our warranty and the costs that would be associated with the repairs without warranty. Said she knew we needed to pick up the vehicle in the interim and it was ready to do so at this time. Asked him to send the phone number for the warranty so it could be verified, otherwise they’d be charging us for diagnostic fees. He did send her the number to the warranty and we brought a copy of the warranty contract when we picked up our vehicle. We were told we would hear back shortly from Barbara regarding the warranty confirmation and repairs. I got into the van to leave and the window had been rolled down. The window we were there to have checked out because it wouldn’t roll up as supposed to. Had to go back in and someone fix that issue and was claimed they had no idea we were picking the vehicle up before repairs were done and that’s why it was left down, despite Barbara telling us it was ready to pick up. She also told my husband there very well may be a loaner vehicle available once confirmed and we bring it back for repairs. Considering she didn’t do anything else as claimed with our warranty information, I’m sure that won’t matter it was offered. I checked in the next day around 10am because we hadn’t heard anything regarding the warranty confirmation and repairs. I was told Barbara was in a meeting. I let them know that Barbara had been less than helpful up to that point with zero concern for the lack of communication regarding the 48 hour diagnostic period, even with an appointment, and I’d prefer to speak to someone above her at this point. They said they’d try to get me on the line with Todd. After holding for some time, Ariel got on the line. She saw nothing in our files for the warranty information she put me on hold checking for the warranty contract we dropped off when picking up the day before and said there was no paperwork left over from the previous day and she didn’t have any idea where it went. I went and had another copy printed and brought it to the dealership and gave directly to Ariel. I waited while she called the warranty to confirm coverage and get approval for the window switch, and confirmed the rear AC blower would be a covered component once they confirmed that repair with a tear down, which it is with our platinum warranty. She then set up an appointment for us to bring it back next week once the window switch came in. Was up front to expect to leave it there until Friday for that repair, tear down to confirm AC issue and get the parts to fix that repair. She also told the warranty about a noise notated by the mechanic who assessed our vehicle, which was not mentioned at all to my husband by Barbara. My prior vehicle was a Kia and it wasn’t a coincidence the service department was far more pleasant to deal with when she was not there. Now she seems to be at dodge and every bit of our experience that involved her was terrible. I would like the state, Ariel was an absolute dream to deal with. Actually cared about confirming the warranty information, took the time to call them and ensure we’d be taken care of. She made up for every bit of what Barbara lacked in concern and follow through. The dealer sold me a jeep they knew had hail damage. They all acted like they did not know about the damage and it was news to them. They commuted to pay for it with a signed “we owe”. This revealed they had done a horrible repair job if you call it that. Scratches dents etc. I had professional inspect it with special lights showing hail damage. Told me they would cover the repairs. My local Jeep Dealer body shop quoted over $1600 to replace because the aluminum hood could not be repaired. The manager of the Lawton dealership offered $600. They also accused my local dealership of marking up the quote. They eventually sent a $1000 check. $600 less than the quote. Once I figured out they had lied to me. I felt betrayed. We had traveled to OK for a funeral. We had rented an rv that broke down. We were stranded and they tried to advantage of us.the finance manage called me yelling at me about the survey. Told me I burned them. I told them, before I knew of the lies, that had given them all 10’s. One question about condition I answered honestly because the vehicle had dents on the hood. I asked him if he expected me to lie. We have also found there is more damage to the fenders they tried to repair. None of this was disclosed. More
