The salesman promised stuff he wasn’t allowed to do and the communication was poor. I also had them re-clean the car since the car was dirty after the detail and only thing fixed was tires. It was still dirty inside and had dog hair from previous owner. Another salesman told me the detailer only gets $10 an hour and sometimes you get a $10 an hour job. A lot of the paperwork process wasn’t explained well and I didn’t get all the paperwork I should have when I left. They also didn’t make sure draft was signed and asked me to come back and sign and when I did they had already sent it off and forgot to tell me. Sometimes when I went there for something I just stood in the lobby for several minutes before someone helped me. More

I had an appointment to come look at the car and made it 4 days in advance. You would think in that time they would thoroughly clean the car - but no. They let us drive off the lot with a dirty car and an e 4 days in advance. You would think in that time they would thoroughly clean the car - but no. They let us drive off the lot with a dirty car and an engine light on that they said was just because the tire was low. They didn’t even fill the gas tank. We have found wrappers and candy in the car from previous owner. Less than impressed with that aspect especially when you’re dishing out 50k+ for a vehicle. The salesman was good otherwise but wish all these things were taken care of prior to us leaving. It still bugs us More
