Since 2016 I have ONLY taken my vehicles to LCJD for servicing. The service department is amazing. Brittaney kept me updated on the status of my car. I made Taylor aware that I was coming on my lunch break and that I would need a ride back to work. My appointment was at 4:00pm and I was running just a few minutes behind. Once I arrived I was told that the “driver” leaves at 4pm each day, but Taylor went above and beyond and had already arranged for another employee to take me back to work.
