I did speak with you on the phone and clarified that you were never charged for two diagnostics and then also the reason for us only replacing one tire sensor the first time. We truly tried to have your best interests in mind since all tire sensors were reading and working correctly except one. However, we do also understand how inconvenient it is to be without your vehicle and without it for longer than was expected, especially for a straightforward repair. Communication and respect for your time clearly fell short and this is not the kind of experience that we aim to provide. Please accept our apologies and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
