Called in to schedule an alignment. Explained that the NHTSA Recall 19V-021/V06 was done previously. Was told it would not be an issue. Checked in early, gave phone number and they cont Explained that the NHTSA Recall 19V-021/V06 was done previously. Was told it would not be an issue. Checked in early, gave phone number and they contacted my wife with the digital service recommendations. Appt was at 915am. I received the digital service recommendations after 1230. Shortly after signing I received a call stating that alignment could not be completed due to the recall being done. When I picked up vehicle I was told that it was because the dealership who completed the recall did it incorrectly and the welds could not be broken. More
