Appointment was with a specific sales rep regarding a potential trade. When my wife and I arrived, he had already went home. The appointment was at 6:30pm. We arrived at 6:20. We didn’t leave until af potential trade. When my wife and I arrived, he had already went home. The appointment was at 6:30pm. We arrived at 6:20. We didn’t leave until after 11pm.....The dealership sold us a dirty, non-detailed car with the tank on E. They promised to buff out A LOT of scratches as well as fix the tint with in a week. I had to call, and call them until finally they gave me an appt, and assured me my wife would get a loaner car. After 3 hours of waiting, i finally called and told them i was promised a loaner car. A day later, they said the car was done. Engine light on, low oil, and they only buffed 1/2 the car. More
