Took vehicle in for service due to a coolant smell. Told service we believe it was the heater core. Vehicle was there for over a week and we get a call that they could smell the coolant and just vacuumed ou service we believe it was the heater core. Vehicle was there for over a week and we get a call that they could smell the coolant and just vacuumed out the smell for us. Problem was not fixed. We live 2 hours away take in mind. We go and pick up car only to receive car with 25 miles to empty and nothing fixed with the car. The only thing they did for sure do was an oil change needed. Very disappointed with the service here. Got back to the city and was able to have a the heater core replaced and car was available to us the same day. More
