I went in to get the oil changed in my 2020 Ram. The service tech forgot to put the additive in. So I called the next morning after I looked at my paperwork. I had to drive 1.5 hrs to get the additive a service tech forgot to put the additive in. So I called the next morning after I looked at my paperwork. I had to drive 1.5 hrs to get the additive added in. Eric the supervisor over the shop told me this would not affect my warranty. I was happy with this. He did not charge me for the additive. This made up for the fuel I was out for the extra drive. More
