Rendell was an excellent salesman. I left after the GM let me know he couldn’t make the deal I wanted, 3 hours later rendell called with some work he had done to try and get the deal I wanted. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the listing of dealer add ons that was listed for my Built to serve trim. I’ve found some of the listed Additions aren’t actually on the truck such as blind spot monitoring land trailer assist. And some other small things that would have been nice. that will be the only negative thing I write a review for others to really pay attention to. Additionally the detailing was excellent minus some of the missed wiped downs leaving some oily spray residue left behind from rushing. I was especially surprised to see that they filled the tank which I’ve never seen a deal ship do. I leave 5 stars thanks to rendell, 4 stars overall due to some of the small mishaps and wrong parts list. More
