Took way to long My sales rep (Joseph) did a good job and I have no issues with his work. I started the process by contacting the internet sales person (Amanda) to se My sales rep (Joseph) did a good job and I have no issues with his work. I started the process by contacting the internet sales person (Amanda) to setup the purchase of the truck and I clearly indicated that I wanted to finance with 3yr / 0%. When I arrived at 11:00 a.m. the purchase was setup for cash buy so all the paperwork had to be changed. Then the finance team took until 3:15 p.m before they got my paperwork ready for me to sign. I finally left at 4:00 p.m. I am from Wichita Falls and if I would have had a ride I would have probably left and purchased somewhere else due to the length of time this simple transaction took. I was told everything was ready when I left WF to come to the dealership and it took 5 hours for this to be completed. Should have took an hour tops. Price was great. Truck is everything I expected (company purchase). More
