One battery on my Dodge 2500 diesel defective due to bad cell. Asked if both batteries could be replaced because of my past experiences with dual batteries in trucks and farm tractors, the remaining batter cell. Asked if both batteries could be replaced because of my past experiences with dual batteries in trucks and farm tractors, the remaining battery will fail prematurely and/or cause the new battery to have a shortened life. I was stranded once for a period of time with the first failed battery and only a matter of time when the second one will cause me another stranded episode. I will remember Dodge's policy on not replacing both batteries on my decision making for my next truck. More

Once the work is complete and I drive off the lot, I never have to worry or return to the service center with any issues.
