The salesman, Jo I bought a new Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus from Lawton Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and I'm very happy with the vehicle and with the sale. The salesman, Joe Burke, was very friendly and informative about the new Jeeps and he answered all my questions without hesitation. He allowed me to test drive a couple of vehicles and did not attempt to influence my decision towards any particular vehicle or model in the slightest. I was there alone with a vehicle that I had driven to the dealership (not traded in) and Joe and another gentleman, whose name I can't remember at the moment, unfortunately, assisted me in getting both vehicles home! I couldn't have been paired with a better salesperson... anywhere! While I had already arranged financing through my local bank, Bryce Lapham was very informative and helpful as well... very friendly and very courteous! As for my next vehicle purchase... If I could leave a negative 10 star review I would My 2015 Ram went in because of the famous “Hemi Tick” over 2.5 months ago. Cam and lifters have to be replaced. After almost 2 months of terrible cust My 2015 Ram went in because of the famous “Hemi Tick” over 2.5 months ago. Cam and lifters have to be replaced. After almost 2 months of terrible customer service and zero communication from them I got sick and tired of getting the run around and called Mopar myself and let them know how the cow ate the cabbage. What do know! Mysteriously the lifters were shipped to the dealership 3 days later. Its now been 8 days since they received my lifters and I still dont have my truck back after being told day after day “It’ll be done tomorrow”. If you have an issue DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO LAWTON CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM in Lawton, Oklahoma. Absolutely terrible Service Center. TERRIBLE!!! More
