Clear communication and accurate estimates are very important to us, and we understand how concerning it can be when the final total differs from what was expected. After reviewing your repair order, it appears you were quoted only for the additional items recommended and that total did not include your deductible, taxes, or what was already authorized to be done. We are truly sorry for the miscommunication as it is always our goal to be completely transparent in pricing. We were told that the issue could not be duplicated during the test drive you took with our lube tech. Your service advisor and the service manager looked for you in the lobby but could not find you and was told that you had left. Please accept our sincerest apologies.
