The following week goes by without so much as a follow-up call. I ended up calling them multiple times after about 6-7 days had passed and the only diagnosis they had made was it seemed like a transmission issue and that was it. Without any further answers, the following week, 12 days later, I picked up my car and took it somewhere I thought a service center might help me with actual answers and options. More

The salesman, Jo I bought a new Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus from Lawton Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and I'm very happy with the vehicle and with the sale. The salesman, Joe Burke, was very friendly and informative about the new Jeeps and he answered all my questions without hesitation. He allowed me to test drive a couple of vehicles and did not attempt to influence my decision towards any particular vehicle or model in the slightest. I was there alone with a vehicle that I had driven to the dealership (not traded in) and Joe and another gentleman, whose name I can't remember at the moment, unfortunately, assisted me in getting both vehicles home! I couldn't have been paired with a better salesperson... anywhere! While I had already arranged financing through my local bank, Bryce Lapham was very informative and helpful as well... very friendly and very courteous! As for my next vehicle purchase...
